Connection between custom board with lsm6dso32x and unico gui tool

I am currently using the LSM6DSO32X sensor on a custom board.

 

I want to connect a custom board to the Unico GUI tool and utilize its features. Is it possible?

 

If possible, how can I achieve that?

UNICO-GUI is a user interface interacting with STEVAL-MKI109V3, the motherboard compatible with all ST MEMS adapter boards.

You find all the documentations to work with Unico properly here.
