Connectivity problems between SensorTile.box and Matlab

I'm trying to establish the connection between the SensorTile.box and Matlab. When I search for the Sensortile.box with the proper Matlab command, I can see the device but then, when I try connecting it, I get an error. I tried the same with a Sensortile (firmware: FP-SNS-ALLMEMS1_v3.1.0): it worked and the connection was robust. I thought about changing the SensorTile.box firmware (e.g. with the FP-SNS-ALLMEMS2 for the L4R9, and others) but I got the same error during the connection process. Can you suggest me a working firmware for this specific issue? How can i solve my problem? Thanks in advance.
