DFU DLL's

Does anybody have a source for the following DFU Dlls.Can ST support for the same

STDFU.dll

STDFUFiles.dll

STDFUPRT.dll

Also has anyone used the above dlls provided by ST to create their own DFU application on PC. We are currently facing some stack overflow issues while calling this dll from VB dot net code. Any help in this will be highly appreicated.
