Does anyone have a cheat sheet to tell me what the date code is and what it stands for?

The third line represent the date code.

The first line is the date code, in particular the meaning of 2303 is: "2", meaning 2022; "30" is the assy week, 3 is the progressive number for the lot of that week.

The second line is correctly the part number.

The third line an the alphanumeric trace code.
