Extend HS Log and Serial Data Log application in STWIN1 for more sensors

Hi, I recently acquired the STWIN board, working on predictive maintenance, High-speed data logging, Serial data logging applications.

I need to interface an external temperature sensor DS18B20 using the one-wire protocol.

I want to integrate my code into Data log application provided by ST, but i don't find any design document or firmware flow document, Can anyone help me to extend the Serial data log application to cater more sensors? Any help will be appreciated.
