You are right, the X-CUBE-MEMS1 expansion package version 4.4.1 supported the STM32L476RG devices and NUCLEO-L476RG board with X-NUCLEO-IKS01A1 and X-NUCLEO-IKS01A2 Boards.

You can check this history and main changes in the "Release notes" file of the package.

Note that the NUCLEO-L476RG examples and applications are replaced by NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q ones, since the release V9.3.0 of X-CUBE-MEMS1 expansion package.
