Getting started with Gas detection expansion board P-NUCLEO-IKA02A1

I have just received a P-NUCLEO-IKA02A1 with a NUCLEO-L053R8 kit. Having installed Nucleo-GUI, and expanded x-cube-ika02a1 files. When I reboot my windows 7 pc I can see a STLink virtual com port on COM34. BUT when I start Nucleo-GUI I can't find the NUCLEO-L053R8. what am I doing wrong?

Did you program the Nucleo board with firmware from X-NUCLEO-IKA02A1 package?
