Got data from LSM6DS0. Next step.

I’d like to understand some basics, how to work with the device.

I read the data from the chip and see it on terminal but I don’t understand how to practically use the data.

Also when I use ACC data and when I use GYRO data?

Is there some literature to read how to work with accelerometer? Some
