Graphs of Typical performance characteristics of MEMS accelerometers

Hi,

 

Is it possible to obtain more information regarding the typical performance characteristics of MEMS accelerometers? We are currently evaluating the LSM6DSO32 sensor, and the datasheet is mostly just +/- in terms of accuracy. We would like to see the performance graphs over a range of frequency / temperature / etc.
