H3LIS331DL Turn On time

Hi all,

I have been working on H3LIS331DL sensor. I am missing one clarification from datasheet of H3LIS331DL.

On Page 10 of datasheet H3LIS331DL, Turn on time should be 1/ODR + 1ms.

It is clear that based on ODR rate we need to set turn on time.

Now my question is this turn on time either we need to provide after power on of the accelerometer or after configuring Control Registers of the accelerometer.

Anyone have any idea please clarify on this.

Please check the note (4) in the datasheet, which says: 'Time to obtain valid data after exiting power-down mode'.

So you need to provide the turn on time after you set the ODR in CTRL_REG1 register.
