Hi, is there any alternate part available for the LSM6DS33TR iNEMO inertial module: always-on 3D accelerometer and 3D gyroscope?

The package size of the current sensors has been further reduced so that there is no pin-compatible replacement.

You can check the LSM6DSO or LSM6DSO32 in LGA-14L package whether they are usable for you.
