How can I write to the SD card

Hi all.

Sorry for the simple question, but I'm totally new to this but how can I write the sensor output to the SD card? I can't seem to find info on it in the documentation.

My intention for using the board is for Data Logging

I read what is stated in the

(which I find odd given the marketing pitch)
