I'm trying to find the opc procedures of LPS22HB or LPS22HD.

The datasheet only states you would refer to the pressure offset register.

There're no detailed information about opc procedures.

Where can I found that?

These are the list of I'd checked.

  LPS22HB

I want to check my application's accuracy of LPS22HB after opc.

I'm not aware about any specification for OPC.

But you can simply do it by measuring the pressure with some high accuracy pressure gauge and put the difference between more precise sensor and LPS22HB into RPDS_L and RPDS_H registers.

Your comment means the reference value is just bias for the pressure sensor data.

Then, how can you explain the increment of accuracy in the datasheet?

I think 10 times the accuracy increment is a pretty dramatic change.

so, I want to test my system's accuracy increment after OPC shown in the datasheet.

The soldering process can create a residual offset which can be compensated by the OPC. The soldering don't have effect on linearity. I don't see an issue in the increasing absolute accuracy after offset compensation.
