How to get Accelerometer(LIS303DLH) data in ''g'' units ?

Hi

Can someone tell me how to get accelerometer data in ''g'' units.

The data we get form iNEMO V2 is ''short int'' now which is output of ADC.

In iNEMO Suit GUI, we can see the data in ''g'' units.

How to get this, I mean formula in conversion ?
