How to light a LED with PNUCLEO VL6180X

Hello I would like to have your help I use the vl6180X sensor for a proximity detection, on PNUCLEO, I want to know how to turn on an LED, I programmed the thresholds of my interruption and I would like to turn on an LED on the gpio1 the time of interruption and put a timer of 20s per example then return to the normal program. Does anyone know how I can do this? Which file to make the change in? Thank you
