How to setup STM32 F3 Discovery to use Windows 8 inbox location and sensor driver?

Hi,

I am new to STM32 F3 Discovery. Wondering if this board can configure to support Windows 7/8 sensor and location platform. I am trying to figure out how to set it up to use Microsoft inbox driver.
