HT221 functional failure for above humidity sensor after long duration exposure to the air

Hi Sir/Mdm,@

Please advise how many heating cycle can withstand by HTS221 humidity sensor? 

Can we proposal to heat the sensor for 2nd time at 80 degree?

What you mean by heating cycle? Usign internal heating element or heating by some external source?

The sensor operates over a temperature range from -40 °C to +120 °C, so heating to 80 °C will not hurt the sensor.
