I am interested to use the device to determine the orientation of it in space using lis2dw12 only. As a test, I rotate the device 90 degrees each time over each one of the axes - Roll/Pitch and Yaw as presented in the attached figure.

I get the readings from ax,ay and az(plotted as well).

Can the orientation of the lis2dw12 chip be derived from the DC levels? If so - how? What is the purpose of 6D orientation functionality and the accuracy of it?
