I am using SensorTile.box in basic mode. If I am using DataRecorder application, which logs to SD card. How do I get the log files from SD card using USB cable to my PC? I don't see SensorTile.box SD card on my Windows File explorer.

Hi @DK.6arnadi​ ,

If you are trying to stream from SD to your PC while the Sensortile.box is registering the data, you won't see the board as mass storage device.

However, once you stop the acquisition you should see it; you might try to unplug and plug in again the USB cable, or restart the board (unplugging the battery), in case.

If again you cannot see the mass storage, it might be an issue related to the windows drivers for SD card: in this case, you should install the drivers, if requested by your PC.
