IIS2DLPC not responding via SPI, wrong component or issue with communication?.

Hi,

We have received a new batch of boards and the sensor is not responding (The only change is the solder mask colour) to the "Who_am_I_ID" command. In the previous batch every thing worked as intended.

Is it possible to, based on QR code, to see if these two chips are the same component, see images below? When measuring the SPI communication, the clock and MOSI seems OK, but the MISO signal is ~1.5V and is not responding. On the working board the signal is either 3V or 0V.

What could be the issue?

Read out of the QR code:

Old board: 781050DE02FN042

Another old board: 781050DE02FO0UV

The new non-working board: 781050DE02FL23J

It seems like the same circuit, but could anyone confirm?
