iNEMO boards not detected by PC(win-7 64 bit)

Hi ,

We have bought inemo sensors and made connection as per the datasheet. We made usb connection(without ESD protection) and provided jumper for boot mode.

I have installed inemo-suite which does driver installation also. But now I are not able to detect the board on the PC. I see SMbus controller and usb bus controller. So I wanted to know is there any driver separately available. or is the ESD protection is mandatory. Also is there any default program in main flash or system flash so that i can boot from it.

Kindly help in this regard.
