iNemo custom board

Hi, I have developed, printed and mounted a custom iNemo based board: I noticed a short circuit between Vcc and Gnd with my multimeter, so my question is: there is an hidden problem in my circuit (like a short circuit under the smd capacitor that I have placed between GND an VCC) or maybe there is a low resistance connection inside the iNemo chip? Thanks
