Sorry, post without complete typed.

On my board,there are some motion sensors, like: HTS221 LP25HB LSM303AGR . 

Then i found a similar project MKI109V2 and MKI109V3, i want to port my board with the software 

Unico

 .

Source code of the firmware for the STEVAL-MKI109V2 (eMotion) board is in STSW-MKI109W   

but i cant find the firmware for 

STEVAL-MKI109V3, Is that a open source project,  where can i download the soucecode.

The source code of the firmware for STEVAL-MKI109V3 is not open source so far, and is not available online.

I can recommend you to check

 software package where you can find source code for NUCLEO-F401 and expansion board X-NUCLEO-IKS01A2 which contains LSM303AGR, HTS221, LPS22HB, ...
