L3GD20 bandwith and cut-off

Hello,

I have some problems to understand the table 21(page31 in datasheet). The output rate is clear, but what does the bandwith means? Witch unit have the cut-off term and how did it have influence to my output values?

Next the table 26(page 33), did these table describe the lowest output values in dps witch I can get? How can I assign the cut-off frequenz to my output values (-3dB border or)?
