I am interfacing sensor with Micro controller and controller is working at +3.3V.

VDD_IO and VDD are two power supply pins in sensor.

If i am giving common supply +3.3V of controller to VDD_IO and VDD , will it work?

OR

Do i need to give seperate voltages for both supply pins?

Suggest me.

Yes, it will work. You can tie VDD_IO and VDD together and connect both to 3.3V.
