Lis2dh12 - can threshold shock sample appear in the middle of the fifo data

Hi,

I am using the Lis2dh12 mems accelerometer sensor in a design. I configured it for a g-force threshold within any of the 3 axes and using the interrupt (pin 1) with the stream to fifo setting. I am using the I2c (400kbps) and ODR is 100 hz. When the interrupt trips the "threshold exceeding" sample always appear near the end of the fifo dump. This is listed in the manual as the correct behavior.

However, my question is the following: Is there a way to configure the device so the sample that exceeds the threshold appears in the "middle" of the fifo dump?. In that way, I can have the data before and after the threshold event.

Just to be sure before answering, are you referring to the Free-fall and wake-up interrupts in section 6.3 of the application note?
