LIS2DH12 INT1 configuration & calculate decimal value of xyz axis

Hi Guys,

I need to print XYZ axis data whenever their is raise in INT1 with FIFO buffer.

And one more thing i'm getting temperature and XYZ data without INT1 but those value are in hexadecimal how can i get in normal temperature in C/F. and xyz in +- value in decimal format. 

I'm using ODR 1Hz with normal mode with FS@16g
