Data sheet indicates LIS302 has been calibrated at VDD = 2.5V

How will the device perform differently if VDD were to be connected to 3.3V?

Regards,

Oscar.

I have a H3LIS33DL that has been factory calibrated at a different voltage to the one I am using as power supply, I've noticed no differences. To check this, I've tried to calibrate the accelerometer myself, well four differenct accelerometers, obtaining sensitivity values close (+-10mg) to the one specified in the datasheet (195mg/digit). Offsets were different but you can get rid of them with the internal high pass filter, I don't know if your accelerometer has this filter though.
