LIS3DSH past pocessing temperature issues

Dear all,

We use LIS3DSH and we have issues after reflowing process.

In fact values are not compensate correctly between -30�C to + 65�C; we have hysteresis and breaking.

Measurements are out of specifications .

See attached good and bad component.

Only reflow process seems to affect correct measurement of the component

Hi,

Yep regarding guideline.

Additionaly we have same bad results with ST evaluation board after reflowing new component on it.

Reflow profils are corrects also !!

We have 2%  good result in production.
