LIS3DSH scale offset

There is a problem with LIS3DSH scale offset. We calibrate our devices for 1000 mG and -1000 mG, using raw data from accelerometer. After 1 month warehouse storage at room temperature, difference between values is still 2000 mG, but values are, for example, 991 mG and 1009 mG.

Raw data have offset too. What could be problem?
