Question

LPS22 & LPS25 pin 3 is reserved. Should it be connected to GND or it may be unconnected?

If 1-layer PCB is used for LPS22 or LPS25, the pin 3 connection to GND requires some complication of the PCB.

Is this pin 3 really connected to some internal circuit and must be connected to GND or it may stay unconnected?

At least, when pin 3 is unconnected, the measured pressure stays the same as when pin 3 is connected to GND.

hi @bvn123 , the reserved PIN connection has to be GND, but in most cases the device can proper work if the PIN is connected to GND or left unconnected. However, please consider that an unconnected PIN can act as an antenna and, being floating, can be polarized in an unexpected way especially in case of ESD disturbance. So we don't basically guarantee the proper working of the device in case of PIN floating, but, if it's working, it is ok :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes: Regards
