LPS25HBT boundary conditions for to design the cover

Hi, for a project, I have designed a PCB with the component LPS25HBT. We want to know if there are some technical recommendations about the sensor's boundary conditions.

Will we have to design the cover with some distance between the sensor and the boundary? Some distance or relative distance between the sensor and the cover?

If the PCB is embedded in resin must have a minimum distance between the sensor and the resin.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @MRuiz.2 , I suggest you to check the AN4672 application note for the LPS25HB, that describes the hardware guidelines for system integration, especially in the 2.2 Sensor embodiment and housing section, from p.13 on. In particular, the below-reported figure 14 outlines that an aperture of 0.5 mm provides a good response time and an excellent level of integration for Pressure Device application.
