Hi Team,

In our design we planned to use this part LPS25HBTR (Pressure sensor). As per Datasheet Recommended land pattern is not available. 

Could you please share PCB land pattern for this part LPS25HBTR.

The SMD rules for all MEMS devices are highlighted in TN0018. In ST website if LPS25HB is selected there is the section CAD Resources and is possible to download the footprint of device for different CAD.

TN0018 provides general guidelines for soldering MEMS sensor products, we don't have a specific technical note for LPS25HBTR. But the indications in that manual apply to all STmems, thus also to LPS25HBTR:
