I would like to know what the accuracy of the embedded temperature sensor in LSM6DS3TR-C. However, I cannot find this information in the datasheet.

    Hi @SSo.1 ,

you are right, but basically all the temperature sensor accuracy is potentially cancelled by the possible temperature offset, that is inside +-15°C at 25°C.

This because the LSM6DS3TR-C is not indeed a temperature sensor, but an IMU equipped with a T sensor.

Suppose however that you have characterized the temperature sensor and you have compensated the offset (and the gain versus temperature, a linear compensation is a good approximation inside the operating temperature range). In this case, stated that the resolution is 1/256°, you can expect something like +-1.5°C accuracy across the +-1°C interval.
