Question

lsm6dso remove g from acceleration

I would like to eliminate the influence of the gravitational field g from the measurement of acceleration
I tried with a high pass filter. Is this the only solution?
The problem is that the sensor evolves in space with orientations that vary over time. If the variations in acceleration evolve at the same rate as the orientation of the sensor, the low pass filter eliminates g but also eliminates the acceleration. how to do ? Thank you for your help !

    Hi @chan ,

I confirm you that a High Pass Filter is the only possible solution.

Otherwise you can implement a sensor fusion using the gyroscope, you can look at our Motion FX library here, or at our IMU with embedded sensor fusion, such as the LSM6DSV.
