LSM6DSR 3D accelerometer and 3D gyroscope,I want to know the accuracy of the internal temperature sensor？

From LSM6DSR datasheet，I can get the temperature sensor ADC characteristics，temperature sensitivity ，as following picture：

​but with no information about accuracy，that is difference between the measure value and the true value.

I want to know something about that，or maybe calibration table and graph of internal temperature sensor.​

Hi @ZZach.1​ , you are partially right, from the datasheet there is no direct evidence of the temperature sensor accuracy. However, the LSB value is 1/256 °C, but is is not the accuracy value, because the offset (meaning, the output). is +-15°C. This is the biggest limitation to the embedded temperature sensor. If you are interested in an accurate temperature sensor, I would suggest you to use the STTS22H sensor, 0.5°C accuracy. Regards
