Can help to advise that 9axis (IMU+Mag) is a viable solution for indoor head tracking and positioning?

There are multiple references stating that the magnetometer is prone to magnetic field interreference indoor and is suggested to ignore the magnetometer's readings. Is this statement correct? Thank you.

Hi @STLearner ,

It depends on your requirements: if you need a reference to magnetic north, then you need a magnetometer, and you need a magnetic calibration.

The 9axis (IMU+Mag) is a viable solution for indoor head tracking and positioning, only we don't provide an example code to give you, you have to do everything yourself.
