Mass of LIS3DH

Hi, I would like to know which is the mass (or weight) of LIS3DH accelerometer.

    I shared with you the LIS3DH material declaration.

    The MEMS mass is about half of total dies mass, i.e. about 1.5 milli-grams

    The material data sheet is a source for such information. Perhaps the hits when searching "lis3dh material declaration" on the ST website are helpful...
