Max Shock/Vibration Survivability for Gyro Sensors

I'm looking for a mechanical survivability spec for shock/vibration for the gyroscope MEMs sensors offered by ST, and was wondering if this information is available somewhere?

Specifically interested in the A3G4250D and I3G4250D sensors. Is this information available?
