I'm a studtendt from Beijing ,China. I want to use STTS75, an integrated digital temperature sensor and thermal watchdog in a high-g enviroment(~200g). Could someone tell me how the sensor works and its capabilty of bearing high acceleration? Papers about the mechnism ,design, structure and porcess are best.

Hi @ZZhou.1 , the STTS75 sensor (but, in general, all the temperature sensors): there is no mechanical structure (no MEMS structure, indeed) inside the T sensor package, so there is no influence of a mechanical shock on the sensor. It is basically a Delta VBE BJT based temperature sensor: I cannot share you the details of the internal architecture of the sensor since it is covered by ST confidentiality, but you can refer to the existing literature on this kind of sensors (here).
