Hi,

I just got new MKI109V2 motherboard, and installed the driver for DFU and VCP. At the beginning, I can detect VCP on my PC and use DFU DEMO to upgrade firmware. After upgrading firmware DFU_Patcher_V1.0.2.dfu, I cannot detect VCP anymore but still be able to upgrade FW via DFU DEMO and then none of VCP and DFU was able to detected on PC. Now my motherboard D5 LED is always ON.

My question is how I can reprogram it with what firmware is supposed to be. I got eMotionV2_REL_4_2.dfu from the package of stsw-mki109w.

Thx!

I’m afraid the DFU firmware was somehow broken. I would recommend to reprogram the DFU by the FW which is in attachment. You will have to use ST-LinkV2 programmer for this action. Then DFU should be available again and you can program the eMotion firmware using DFU mode. In coming days new version of Unico software and related FW should be available on the web.

    Best regards

    Miroslav
