You might have to contact your local sales office, or the FAE assigned to your account.

Please refer to this thread for official guidance  https://community.st.com/t5/quality-reliability/how-to-get-mtbf-fit-values-on-stmicroelectronics-products/ta-p/685311

Materials like this, Conflict Mineral Reports, and Material Safety Data are considered "Business Sensitive" and need to be specifically requested by the customer, and are not on the public facing website, or shared individually via forum requests.

The main support page can be found here  https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/support/support-home.html

You can use that to find your local sales offices or distributors if your purchasing manager is unfamiliar with these.

Mouser and DigiKey are also a good place to find ECCN and PCN data on products.

    Hi @Rcana.1 ,

Tesla is right, and at this link you can find the Online support (OLS) form for your request.
