MTBF and longevity information need for ASM330LHB IMU
Please provide the following details of ASM330LHB IMU
1.MTBF(Mean time between failure)
2.Longevity.
3.Shelf life or storage life.

The longevity is 15 years.
About the shelf life the ST product are aligned to the JEDEC standard so 24 months if the device is stored in sealed packages.
The MTBF is an information that we don't share but if you need it you can ask to the online support.
