MTBF/FIT data of LIS3DHTR (3-axis accelerometer)

We are working on product reliability calculation and need LIS3DHTR's MTBF and FIT data for the same.

I suggest you to try asking for this (not public) information about failure characteristics of the LIS3DH product through the OLS support service.
