My PC after updating the Windows can't detect the STMicroelectronics Port of my sensor!

I really need your help!

It is happening something strange here!

I have installed the "VCP_V1.3.1_Setup_x64" in the last two months to connect with my hardware. and my PC easily was detecting my sensor and everything was working very fine. 

But on 19th November, after automatically my windows has been updated then, unfortunately, this driver isn't working at all. During the last two days I have reinstalled the driver and .... but it isn't working at all and I am completely confused.

Hi @Sevda​ , which win version on your PC? Please note that the last online driver version is the 1.5.0 one, so I suggest you to install these last drivers and then re-do the check. In case this procedure is not working, you can try to manually change the VCOM port from the Device manager, Btw, which hardware platform (sensors?) are you using? Regards
