My sensor tile box not responding yet all

Hello All,

My new sensor tile box STB011147 not responding yet all even connected USB power source to it's not responding, 

I checked the battery was connected, however when I pressed power button no LED are turning on. please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hi @vkosuri ,

Open the board box and make sure that the battery connector is inserted correctly. Connect a cable to a low-Power USB port, do not use high-power ports.
If you have a sensortile.box check that the LEDs light up in sequence.
If you have a sensortile.box pro, check that the green and yellow power LEDs light up.

If doesn't work, try to change a usb cable or port used.
