Not able to establish communication between STEVAL-IDP004V1 and STEVAL-IDP003V1

Hi All,

I am trying to communicate with slave device(STEVAL-IDP003V1) from the master evaluation board(STEVAL-IDP004V1) but not succeeded.

i am using the binary's which is provided by the ST. Both master side and slave side i have loaded the corresponding binary's and tried to read the temperature sensor data by giving the commands.

i am able to read and write the master PHY registers. when i am trying to communicate the device it is getting failed.

Master configuration is success and the Device configuration is as below:

steps:

1) selected "DEVICE"

2) selected node as "1"

3) selected sensor command "IDS"

upon giving the command as "IDS" after some delay an error is appearing on the screen like "SENSOR FAILED"

i am referring to this manual "IO-Link solution based on STEVAL-IDP004V2 master evaluation board and STEVAL-IDP003V1 kit"

Please Help me to resolve this Issue.
