Old and new blister of STEVAL-MKSBOX1V1, battery not working

Hello,

how to order the STEVAL-MKSBOX1V1 to get current package content with JTAG adapter and cable?

we ordered several pieces at Mouser and all of them are the old blisters without JTAG adapter and cable

we are also facing the battery won't charge / work with few of them, any ideas to resolve?

Hi @MMade.1​ , just checked internally and I can confirm that ST is selling from 1 year the complete kit to distributors, so you should contact Mouser for support and explanation. Not sure they will respond but... Btw, how many adapter and cables would you need?

About the battery, did you tried with unscrewing the box and disconnect (and reconnect) it?

we need 2 sets of adapter + cable

yes, actually the battery disconnection helps, I suppose the firmware is crashing and then it does not react on anything, I hope I would see the crash when I get the parts.
