Oscillator frequency deviation in LIS2DH12

Hi,

I run an experiment with several LIS2DH12 mems and noticed that there is a small deviation between mems ODR frequency (~2.8%)

What is the maximum expectable deviation for this device?

I found in other mems Datasheet deviation of +-5% in RC oscillator.
