Output Data Rate / Bandwidth of Accelerometers

Hey,

For my project I need the highest output data rate/bandwidth possible. I also need to sense high g impacts (>100g). Currently I am using the H3LIS331DL and getting 1KHz output data rate with +-100g/250g range.

Does anyone know any accelerometers with a higher bandwidth? Would I get more bandwidth using an analog sensor rather than digital. (From what I have found it doesnt seem I would).
